WHERE TO STAY IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
I've been back-and-forth from LA for the past 6 months now so I feel like I know the city pretty well. The hardest thing to decide when booking a trip to LA for me is definitely the accommodation, because LA is SO BIG. So to make your life easier, in today's blog post I'm telling you about my top 4 favourite hotels in Los Angeles, California!
THE GEORGIAN HOTEL
If you're looking for somewhere central and near the beach, The Georgian Hotel is the place to stay. This beach front hotel along Santa Monica has the prettiest view of the ocean and the famous Santa Monica Pier! Just a few blocks up is the 3rd street promenade, where you can find great shops and delicious food. They also have an outdoor patio/restaurant where we enjoyed coffee every morning over-looking the water.
THE KINNEY
If you're a young couple, or headed to LA with your friends, this is the hotel for you! This was such a young hotel, super fun to stay at and had the best vibes. There was a BYOB Bar located right on the cutest outdoor terrace in the middle of the hotel. Bonus - there was a pool and hot tub!! If you're planning on socializing and meeting cool new people, you'll definitely find that there.
INN AT VENICE BEACH
If you're like me and LOVE the Abott Kinney/Venice area, then you're going to be so happy with this hotel's location. Only a few minute Uber ride away from Abott Kinney Boulevard, and the same for Venice Beach. Just like the other two hotels, the Inn At Venice Beach included a continental breakfast that we had every morning on their spaceous outdoor courtyard.
THE CARLYLE INN BEVERLY HILLS
We stayed at The Carlyle Inn back in October over my birthday weekend, and I still to this day recommend this hotel to everyone because we had such a great experience! The Carlyle Inn is located in Beverly Hills, and has the cutest aesthetic. Although I love the beach, we really enjoyed waking up every morning to the hustle and bustle of the city! This hotel is great if you're in town for work or wanting to explore more central to the city.
